The rate chart below provides
licensing guidelines for reproducing GEOPIX works on World
Wide Web (Internet) sites. Pricing for commercial and
private Web page usage primarily is affected by image
placement, image use and company (size
and reach — international, national, regional/local),
but other considerations may be a relevant. Call to discuss
your specific needs and negotiate an exact quote.

Factors
affecting rates for Web advertisements
The photography licensing rates
quoted are based on specific criteria, including use,
reproduction size, placement, site traffic, ad rates or
sales commissions, distribution (local, national, international),
length of display time, uniqueness of the image, and production
costs. Generally, Web advertising rates are lower than
print rates. Unless otherwise requested and defined in
the written copyright license, images are made available
for one-time, non-exclusive, three-month use on a single
URL. All other rights are reserved and photographer George
Wedding always retains full copyright ownership. Other
uses, including multiple uses on the site, or use in remote
banner ads are granted through an addendum to the base
license and payment of additional fees.

A copyright notice (©) with
a link to the site's copyright policy page, must be posted
on each page on the site. On the copyright policy page,
the photographer's copyright statement (provided by the
photographer) including terms and limitations, must be
posted, along with a link to the photographer's Web site
— http://www.geopix.com).
Research,
digital processing and retouching, CD-burning, transmission
and other fees may apply. Some publications request first-time
use or exclusive use (for a limited period), instead of
the standard 90-day license, and this service also is
available:

Payments
The
copyright license you receive is your contract. Terms,
rates, fees and other uses can be negotiated and added
to the license as needed. All prices are quoted in U.S.
dollars. Payments must be received before publication,
unless otherwise noted in your copyright license. The
invoice payment may be made in the form of a check or
foreign draft made payable (in U.S. dollars) to George
Wedding / GEOPIX. Payment
via wire-transfer, directly to my U.S. bank account, also
is accepted (this service is available through Citibank
in some countries). However, a bank transfer fee is required
for international purchases paid using wire transfers.
Your company is responsible for this bank charge, and
this may not be deducted from the invoice total or the
amount paid to my account. I suggest using the following
formula when estimating a bank transfer fee:
